RevLite Laser : Q-Switched Nd:YaG laser for for hyperpigmentation, tattoo removal and Rejuvenations
The RevLite® is the from Conbio (a Cynosure company) and features PhotoAcoustic Technology Pulse® (PTP). With a higher power output, this state-of-the-art aesthetic medical laser delivers greater energy, even at the 6 and 8 mm spot sizes, providing deeper penetration for efficient removal of inks and dermal nevus. Also new with the RevLite® aesthetic medical laser is an intuitive touch-screen panel with pre-programmed settings for all of the system’s applications – plus programmable options to customize to your own practice needs.
RevLite® utilizes an extremely high-speed shutter to produce nanosecond pulse widths, enabling highly effective procedures with less heat and increased safety. Featuring PhotoAcoustic Technology Pulse®, the RevLite® delivers very narrow pulse widths at peak energy, even at larger spot sizes. The PhotoAcoustic technology is delivered through a superior flat-top beam profile – a hallmark of the RevLite laser – without spikes or hot spots that are prevalent in other Q-Switched Nd:YAG lasers. Physicians report that the speed and power of RevLite® can create a superior PhotoAcoustic skin rejuvenation effect, including a more refreshed appearance, a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, smoother texture, tightening and decreased pore size.
PhotoAcoustic Technology Pulse® by RevLite® (PTP)
RevLite® features a unique technology that sets it apart from standard lasers on the market. Most aesthetic medical lasers use longer pulses, subjecting the skin to excessive and potentially harmful heat. The RevLite’s EO Q-switched engineering produces very rapid, short pulse widths of energy, limiting the healthy tissue’s exposure to thermal build-up and offering a fast and effective treatment. This technology, pioneered by Conbio, produces a PhotoAcoustic action to target the molecule versus a photothermal action delivered by other lasers. With the advent of the PhotoAcoustic Technology Pulse® by RevLite®, which is characterized by a unique dispersion of maximum energy, physicians can harness very narrow pulse widths at peak energy with up to 60 percent more power than previous Conbio lasers. Physicians report that the RevLite® technology is especially effective in producing a superior “PhotoAcoustic rejuvenation” effect, resulting in a more refreshed appearance, even skin tone, smoother texture, tightening and decreased pore
